We define a group as eight or more passengers travelling together. Bookings cannot be made without prior authorisation from the lounge (including groups that have made multiple bookings).

Hen and stag parties are not permitted access to airport lounges;

Passengers who have made multiple bookings will be rejected entry or ejected from the lounge;

Passengers who have been rejected entry or ejected from the lounge will not be entitled to refunds.
